Your order will arrive in a closed and discrete package without any disclosing details of the content of the package except JOYA's logo.

All of JOYA's adult novelty products that can be identified by the “JOYA” trademark, trade name, or logo annexed to it arrive with a six month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

JOYA™ for you Ltd. will accept returns for orders only in the circumstance of manufacturing defects, or in the case of error in shipment related directly to non-conformity with your order.

Returns will only be accepted after formal approval and within 3 weeks of the arrival date. In addition, due to the intimate nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the returned items are clean and in their original packaging.
